1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and purchasing from ParaisDesign, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and services

ParaisDesign sells digital art posters for personal, non-commercial use. All products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical product is shipped.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

4. Delivery and downloads

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique download link via email. Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads per token. It is your responsibility to save your files during the validity period.

5. Intellectual property

All artwork on ParaisDesign is protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal license to use the artwork as described in our License Terms. Copyright does not transfer to the buyer.

6. Limitation of liability

ParaisDesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
