Refund Policy

Digital Products - No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or access granted, we are unable to offer refunds.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and expressly waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer protection law for digital content.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following exceptional cases:

• The file is corrupted or impossible to open
• The file is significantly different from what was described
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@paraisdesign.com with your order details.
