License Terms

When you buy a file you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• print the artwork, in as many copies as you like, for display in your own home or as a personal gift;
• keep copies of the file on your own devices and backups;
• crop, resize or change the colours for your own prints.

• selling, sharing, uploading or giving away the file, or prints of it;
• using the artwork on products for sale (print on demand, merchandise, stock sites) or in advertising;
• displaying it in a business setting (office decor, shop, rental property) without a commercial license;
• using the file to train or fine-tune AI models, or adding it to image datasets;
• presenting the artwork as your own creation, or using it as a logo or trademark.

For business decor or any commercial use, write to hello@paraisdesign.com before use and we will tell you whether and on what terms a commercial license is available.

The files are licensed, not sold: buying one gives you the license above, and all other rights in the artwork and the files remain with us, to the extent the law grants them. The artworks are made with generative AI image tools and selected and prepared for print by us. Some jurisdictions do not grant copyright to AI-generated images; the license above is a contract between you and us and applies regardless.

The license lasts indefinitely. It ends if you break these terms, and it ends for a refunded order. In both cases you must stop using and delete the files. See also the Terms of Sale.
