Refunds and Withdrawal

This page explains when you can get your money back for a digital poster.
1. A file is broken or not as described
In short: We fix it, replace it or refund you. There is no 7-day limit.
Write to hello@paraisdesign.com with your order number and what is wrong. We repair or replace the file, and if that is not possible, refund you. These are your statutory rights; see section 7 of the Terms of Sale.
2. Changing your mind
In short: Not possible once the download links are available, because you asked for immediate delivery.
Before paying you ticked a box asking for immediate delivery and acknowledging that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download links are available; we confirmed this in your download email. A change of mind after that is therefore not a ground for a refund. See section 6 of the Terms of Sale.
3. Duplicate purchases and technical problems
If you bought the same poster twice by mistake, or you were charged but received no download link, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund the duplicate or sort out the delivery.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method, including any tax you paid. The download links of a fully refunded order stop working.
